The Big Easy
Dunno when I've ever been so tired. We got up at six this morning to have breakfast and get a bus for a city tour at eight. We saw a lot of New Orleans from the comfort of the bus, and were let out at a cemetary and a mansion whose name escapes me just now. Downtown, we gulped down a forty dollar Cajun lunch and just made the shuttle (feed me red rice and beans and then put me on a bouncy shuttle - yeh). We got back to the hotel around two and went off again at five on a shuttle to The French Quarter.

We walked around Bourbon street then got some lobster at Sammy's for dinner. We had resies on the 9:30 shuttle but were pooped so tried for the 7:30 but it was fully booked so we tried to share a cab back with some Liverpudlians but there were too many of us and so we took our own. It was, all in all, our most expensive, and exhausting, day yet.
