SeptemberHouse Spinach and Artichoke Casserole |
| Three boxes spinach, drained and
squeezed of moisture 8 0z block of Cream cheese - softened 6 tablespoons of mayonaise 1 can artichoke hearts packed in water (not marinated) Grated Parmesan cheese --------------------------------------------------- Quarter the artichokes and lay them in the bottom of the casserole. In a bowl, mix the mayo and cream cheese. Reserve a third of the mixture. Mix 2/3 of the cream cheese into the spinach and layer on top of artichokes Layer the remaining 1/3 of misture on top of spinach Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in oven for about 1/2 hour at 375 or longer for lower temperatures
