T he South
Jersey Masters League (SJML), a competitive league for seniors over the age
of 65, comprises three doubles teams from the Green Valley Tennis Club (GVTC),
Haddon Field Club(HFC), Haddonfield Tennis Association (HTA), and the
Moorestown Field Club (MFC).

The final tournament for 2006 was held on August 16, 2006.
The Haddon Field Club remained undefeated in 2006. HTA took second place,
followed by Green Valley and the Moorestown Field Club. The schedule for
2007 will be announced in February. For details of the final match, click on
the ball.

For the 2007 season, the minimum age limit for players has
been reduce from 65 to 60. |

If a third set is necessary, the rules have been modified to
play a 10 point tie-breaker (first to 10, win by 2) instead of a 7 point,
win by 2 tie-breaker. |
